Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern client work - if we are building something for you, that is covered by a separate written agreement between us.

Agreement

By accessing or using https://appdook.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or connected systems.
  • Interfere with the site’s operation, including by introducing malware, or by automated scraping that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading or abusive content through our contact form.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, design, code, graphics and the AppDook name and marks - is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute material from this site without written permission.

Case studies describe work delivered for clients. Client trademarks, product names and screenshots remain the property of those clients and appear here to describe the work performed.

Client work

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment. Indicative pricing shown on this site is exactly that: indicative. Scope, cost, timelines, intellectual property ownership, warranties and confidentiality for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Content you submit

When you send us a message through this site, you confirm that you have the right to share the information it contains. We treat enquiries as confidential in practice, but please do not send genuinely sensitive material - trade secrets, credentials, personal data about third parties - through a web form. Ask us for a secure channel or an NDA first, and we will arrange one.

Third-party links and advertising

This site may link to third-party websites and may display third-party advertising. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies are handled.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided “as is”. Articles on this site are general commentary based on our experience, not professional advice for your specific situation. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppDook will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profits, data or business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AppDook against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
